All machinery is hired strictly subject to availability and the terms outlined in our hire agreement. Hire rates include VAT but exclude delivery, collection, fuel, and any consumables unless otherwise stated. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that all operators hold the correct qualifications, licences, and insurance to operate the machinery safely and legally. The hirer assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery or collection until it is returned and inspected. Any damage, loss, or misuse will be chargeable.
